Easy Ordering

For pricing see website for cost of unprinted item and add custom print supplement shown below.

Order by phone, fax or email stating the product, colour, size and quantity.
Email us your logo or design (as high resolution jpeg).
If you require text only, just email it to us stating preferred font (if any) size and position.
We will contact you to confirm logo size, layout, payment terms and expected delivery date.
Let us know if you would like to see a sample product without print.
An image of the print layout will be emailed to you for approval before we print.
If you do not have a suitable logo we can sometimes work from a logo drawn or printed on paper or a pdf file.
We can add your message to one of our own designs if preferred.

Prices

Prices shown below are the supplements for a one colour print on one item.
For the full price add the supplement to your usual price of an unprinted item.
For additional print colours add 4p per colour, unless specified.
Prices exclude VAT.
There are no set up charges.

Snapbands, Flexible Reflectors, Armbands, Badges, Stick on Reflector sheets (ovals), Stick on Reflectors (one circle) and Zip Clips.

Minimum order for custom printing (except zip clips): 250
Minimum order for custom printing on zip clips: 500
Product colours: yellow, orange, pink, green (others may be available on request)
Delivery: approx 3-4 weeks from approval of layout

250: +30p per item, max one product colour
500: +20p per item, max two product colours
1000: +15p per item, max four product colours
2000: +10p per item, max four product colours
5000 or more: +5p per item, max four product colours

Rigid Reflectors

Minimum order for custom printing: 1000

For 1000-1999 items, printing is with clear label on reverse

Delivery: approx 3-4 weeks from approval of layout
1000: +40p per item, max one colour

For 2000+ items, printing is direct onto reflector
Delivery: approx 5-7 weeks from approval of layout
2000: +20p per item

Sashes

These cannot be directly custom printed – we recommend use of our custom printed stick-on circles applied to sashes (spare stick-ons can be used in other ways such as on plastic lunch boxes).

Fluorescent Stickers

Prices shown here for custom printed fluorescent stickers are the complete price, not a supplement.

Fluorescent circle stickers (35mm)
Supplied as sheets of 20
Price is for one or mixed fluorescent background colour and one print colour.
Paper fluorescent colours available: orange, red, yellow, green

Min 5,000 - £210 plus VAT (4.2p each)
10,000 - £270 plus VAT (2.7p each)
20,000 - £390 plus VAT (1.95p each)

Extras:
Add £20 per order for additional print colour.
Additional design work: £15 per half hour.

Repeat orders with same artwork: £20 discount.
Prices exclude VAT (15%).
Prices include delivery.

Custom Printing Terms

Exempt from 14 day guarantee: we can only refund custom printed products if supplied in error or faulty.

Once you have confirmed your order and we have started work on the layout, if you then cancel your order we reserve the right to charge a £20 cancellation fee.

We cannot cancel or refund custom printing orders once you have given your approval of a print layout. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unprinted sample products are available on request to see before printing.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have permission of the copyright owner of any designs you send to us for printing.

Your usual payment terms apply, unless we advise otherwise.
