High Vis for School Uniform

Traditionally school uniforms and coats tend to be very dark. As children are out on the streets on misty autumn mornings and again as daylight is fading it makes sense to make them more visible to traffic. If adults wear fluorescent, reflective clothing for work, why can’t children wear it for getting to and from school?

More confident children (and parents) are often happy to wear fluorescent colours but some self-conscious children might not be so keen as they don’t want to ‘stand out from the crowd’. If high visibility clothing or accessories are sold alongside other school uniform or even introduced as part of the uniform this issue could be solved.

Fashion-conscious children will only wear what they like so we have developed our BrightKidz range with children’s tastes and needs in mind. Our BrightKidz bookbags are fluorescent and reflective and coordinate with the waistcoats. They can be printed with your school logo in full colour. An optional high vis bag strap is also available.
