Making A Purchase

Payment can be made by all major credit cards including American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. You can also pay via paypal. All payments will be in pounds sterling (GBP)

Schools and local authorities have the option of being invoiced. Please contact us for details. Terms are 14 days net

Shipping And Handling

UK orders of £25 (inc VAT) and over have free postage and packing. UK Orders under £25 will incur a charge of £3.95 (inc VAT) to cover postage, packing and handling. Shipping costs to non-UK locations are a guide only. Heavy or bulky items may cost more. Please contact us for details.

Provided we have the item in stock we aim to post your order within 5 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices are displayed without VAT and including UK VAT at 20% where applicable. (Children's clothing is zero-rated for VAT).

Please note that a VAT invoice will be emailed to you once goods have been despatched.

If you choose to pay by credit card you enter your credit card details securely using 128 bit encryption on the SagePay or PayPal website and all payment processing is done by SagePay or PayPal depending on the payment method you choose at checkout. We never see or know what details you have entered.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you want to return your purchase, you can receive a full refund or you can exchange it for another item. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition, with all labels intact and in original packaging.

For all returns, complete and enclose a goods returned form. Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post Office when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost on return to us. If goods are faulty or supplied in error please contact us straight away so we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

In addition, all BrightKidz and BrightSportz branded products have a one year manufacturer’s quality guarantee.
