Making A Purchase

Payment can be made by all major credit cards including American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. You can also pay via paypal. All payments will be in pounds sterling (GBP)

Note for schools

Schools and local authorities have the option of being invoiced. Please contact us for details. Terms are 14 days net

Postage and Packing/Small Order Charge (applies to orders under £25)

  • UK orders of £25 (inc VAT) and over have free postage and packing.
  • UK Orders under £25 will incur a 'small order' charge of £3.95 (inc VAT) . Please Note: This charge covers the administrative cost of processing a small order which includes postage, packing and handling.
  • Shipping costs to non-UK locations are a guide only. Heavy or bulky items may cost more. Please contact us for details.

International Orders - Delivery Information

  • For orders to other EU countries there is a basic delivery charge of £5.00.
  • For all other international orders (non-UK and non-EU) there is a basic delivery charge of £10.00.
  • Please note: for any heavy, large or urgent international orders we may make a surcharge to cover any extra delivery costs. We will advise you and arrange this with you before despatching your order.
  • Delivery time for international orders will vary; small orders (sent airmail) usually take 1-2 weeks but please allow 28 days to clear your local customs. For large orders (sent by carrier) we can advise.

Delivery Schedule

Provided we have the item in stock we aim to post your order within 5 business days.

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges


All prices are displayed without VAT and including UK VAT at 20% where applicable. (Children's clothing is zero-rated for VAT).

Please note that a VAT invoice will be emailed to you once goods have been despatched.

Credit Card Security


If you choose to pay by credit card you enter your credit card details securely using 128 bit encryption on the SagePay or PayPal website and all payment processing is done by SagePay or PayPal depending on the payment method you choose at checkout. We never see or know what details you have entered.

Returns Policy


If for any reason you want to return your purchase, you can receive a full refund or you can exchange it for another item. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition, with all labels intact and in original packaging. Custom printed goods are excluded from this guarantee but we can supply an unprinted product sample on request before printing.
