More families can join in with the walk to school if those who live further away drive the first part, park and walk the last part.
‘Park and stride’ is that simple! They may park on quiet side streets or with permission may use a local pub or supermarket car park. You could also link it to a Walking Bus scheme. It’s really great for after school collections too.
